End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Oujla Art

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Mindfulness Ltd, the provider of the Oujla Art application ("the Application").

This EULA governs your use of the Oujla Art software-as-a-service, accessible via our website ("Service"). By using the Service, you are confirming your acceptance and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA.

License Grant

Mindfulness Ltd grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This is a license to use the Service, not a sale of the software. The software itself is not being licensed, sold, or transferred to you.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or make the underlying software available to any third party.
• Copy, modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service or its underlying software.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of Mindfulness Ltd or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or the licensors of the Application.
• Use the source code or any part of the software to create a competing product or service.

Intellectual Property

The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Mindfulness Ltd.

Your Suggestions

Any feedback, comments, ideas, improvements, or suggestions (collectively, "Suggestions") provided by you to Mindfulness Ltd with respect to the Application shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Mindfulness Ltd.

Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Mindfulness Ltd. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from Mindfulness Ltd if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this license. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the Application and destroy all copies of the Application in your possession.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. Mindfulness Ltd expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Mindfulness Ltd or its affiliates, have any liability arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Application.

Governing Law

The laws of the United Kingdom, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this EULA and your use of the Application.
